The Master of Science in Operations Management program focuses on management skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to lead organizations that create goods and services. Students gain expertise in business management areas, as well as a firm understanding of methods and practices in operations management.


Overview

This program is for people who currently are in — or desire to enter — a management position within a manufacturing or services company. You are able to customize the MSOM program to meet your goals by selecting one of many unique concentrations — or by creating your own through the general concentrations.

Requirements

This MSOM curriculum consists of ten courses (40 credit hours) that include six core courses plus four electives, allowing you to customize the program to meet your professional needs. You may begin this program in any of our four terms. The MSOM program does not require a thesis.

Applicants for the MSOM degree program must submit official transcripts of their Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. university or an international equivalent.
