Robotics Scholarships

To apply, accepted students can go to the scholarship tab in the Student Portal.

Requirements for consideration: 

  • Be an admitted incoming student for the upcoming academic year (Freshman or Transfer Student).
  • One letter of recommendation (no family members, please). Name, phone number, and email address of reference must be included for verification purposes.
  • Provide information regarding your robotics or drone organization involvement.
  • A brief paragraph answering the following questions:
    1. How did you first learn about Kettering University?
    2. Why are you considering attending Kettering University?
    3. Why do you believe that Kettering University’s involvement with and support of robotic and drone programs is important?
  • Financial need may be a consideration.

Please note: It is the students responsibility to make sure the application is completed by the deadline, including the submission of the letter of recommendation by the mentor or coach.

Beyond Robotics

We offer more than just Robotics scholarships. We have scholarships for students who take competition to a higher level. Scholarships are available in esports, coding, mobility and students who achieve excellence outside of the classroom.
