Engineer Your Success

Kettering’s unique approach to experiential cooperative education - through which our students are exposed to an unequaled combination of hands-on academics coupled with meaningful professional practice - is the best way to prepare students to excel over their entire career.

Applying to Kettering University is more than applying to college – it’s the start of learning by doing, driving real innovation and gaining real professional experience in your chosen field before you even graduate.

Campus Life

Living on Campus

Freshmen and first-year transfer students live on campus in the Frances Wilson Thompson Hall. Every student living in Thompson Hall has an individual room with a shared door to the room next door. While not traditional roommates, Kettering University students often form the same lifelong friendships of a typical college experience.
