I am serving on the Alumni Board as I am heavily engaged in the Kettering co-op program at Magna Exteriors. This allowed me to re-connect with the school, and it serves as a great connection to Recruiting Committee, which I chair.

I serve on the board because I believe the Kettering/GMI alumni network is one of the most elite networking groups in the world and I hope to advance the status of Kettering alumni everywhere. I also serve on the board because I want to give back to an institution that has given me so much.

I want to serve on the board to help spread information about Kettering and get the brightest students to become alumni. I want to give back what I gained from Kettering by helping to find and mentor the next generation of students until they become fellow alumni.

I joined the board because I want to contribute to the growth and success of Kettering University. Our Alma Mater is an incredible institution that cultivates its students into tomorrow's leaders. As alumni, we can bring novel perspectives that will further Kettering's students success in the University and once they graduate.

I joined the Alumni Board to assist in recruiting future alumni. In industry, there is an acute shortage of engineers today, and it is projected to get worse. Kettering graduates highly qualified engineers with strong experience and I wanted to help bring these students to Kettering both to help grow Kettering and help solve the engineer shortage.

I wanted to serve on Kettering's Alumni Board because I have a deep interest in serving my community. Moreover, I enjoyed going to a small, close-knit school where the professors and staff seemed to be genuinely interested in the success of their students, and I wanted to give back to the university.

To me, Kettering has been about so much more than a great education.... it has been about forging a great person in the process. I'm very proud to be an Alumni of this University, and thrilled to be working with the Board to foster strong Alumni relations and help the Kettering students advance their future careers in any way possible.
