The Kettering University Co-op and Experiential Learning team makes it easy! Here are the steps:

  1. Connect with a Kettering Co-op Manager and build your targeted plan

  2. Work together to identify the academic disciplines best suited for your company

  3. Co-op managers will provide candidate credentials

  4. Co-op managers will help coordinate student interviews

  5. Attend one of three on-campus employment fairs

  6. Interview, offer and hire some of the most talented young people in STEM and business
