Larry Navarre's focus is on research, publishing, and teaching in the knowledge space of Innovation Development Excellence, encompassing the creation of new products and services and their introduction to the marketplace. Focus areas include new product development (NPD), new service development, Lean Product Development (Lean PD, LPD), and Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD).
