Video Submission Guidance:
This year, we’re inviting teams to submit a short video as part of your application. The goal is to show us your team’s personality, values, and impact — in your own voice.
• Recommended length: 2–3 minutes.
• Style is up to you! It can be casual or polished, filmed on a phone or edited in a studio. We’re not grading production quality — we’re interested in your energy, creativity, and story.
• You might show off your robot, team workspace, outreach activities, or interview team members.

Allowed types: avi, mov, mp4, ogg, wav, webm.
Essay Submission Guidance
Please focus on what makes your team unique, how you engage with your community, and why you believe your team is a good match for Kettering’s mission of hands-on STEM leadership.
• Recommended Length: 350 words
• Longer or shorter essays are perfectly acceptable if they convey your message clearly.
