Dave Foster

Associate Professor of the Practice

Dr. David Foster taught at Kettering from 2001 to 2015 and returned to Kettering in 2019. His broad research interests are in the areas of fault-tolerant hardware design and GPU computing. He is also passionate about advancing pedagogy, developing new courses, and program assessment practices. He has been the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Program Director since 2022.

In addition, David is a Faculty Advisor for the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and the IEEE-HKN Honor Society.
