We Are Planning And Preparing

As teams of faculty, staff and students from across the University identify and implement steps to be taken over the coming weeks to ensure the safe return to campus, it will be presented as the University's Playbook for Our Return to Campus.

This Playbook, which will be shared upon completion in June, will include detailed processes and actions currently happening on campus and moving forward. Updates will be posted here as well as communicated to the Kettering Community on a regular basis.

Playbook For Our Return To Campus Topics To Include:

  • Academics concerning courses, scheduling, use of alternative course delivery and more
  • Redesign of campus spaces to facilitate social distancing such as academic, dining, on-campus residential and other common spaces
  • On-campus testing and contact tracing including pre-testing, testing during the term, isolation, and provisions for medical care and isolation/quarantine if needed
  • Residential living and off-campus housing
  • Wellness including mental and physical well-being
  • Student activities, Greek Life and Clubs
  • Dining services
  • PPE supplies and equipment
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitization
