Meet The Dining Team
Creative Dining Services is headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan, and currently serves more than 80 accounts with a mix of corporate and university dining services. Creative Dining aims to provide a great dining experience for everyone on campus.
Mike Rourke is the on-site food service director. In his role with Creative Dining Services he leads innovative menu conception based on health, wellness and sustainability. He has worked as a food service leader, earned top certifications in safety and sanitation practices, and has executive chef experience.
Executive Chef Brandon Grzegorczyk is in charge of the kitchen. Chef Grzegorczyk, who has a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Business Management from the Culinary Institute of Michigan, has worked as executive chef, a coffee roaster, barista and sous chef.
Jason Wendt is the Catering Manager. In this role, he manages group meal orders for campus departments, groups, clubs and events. Jason has 30 years of hospitality experience working in private country clubs, corporate restaurant management and clinical food service in senior healthcare.
Tracy Peters is the Retail Manager. In this role, she oversees multiple food service stores on campus. Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in customer and food service and retail certification.
