The best way to see campus is to visit. Join the faculty, staff and students of Kettering University for an exciting winter tour event. This is MLK Jr. Day and you may not have school.

10:45 – 11:15 a.m.

Overview of Kettering University which includes Admissions info, how the Co-op process works and the value of a Kettering Education.

11:20 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Campus tour with a Kettering University guide. Tour will include:

  • Connie & Jim John Recreation Center
  • Thompson Hall (residence hall)
  • The Academic Building
  • C.S. Mott Engineering & Science Center

12:45 – 1:20 p.m.

Enjoy complimentary lunch.

1:20 - 2:30 p.m. 

Explore the Kettering University Expo; students, faculty and staff from the academic departments, student groups, admissions, financial aid, cooperative education department and more are available to visit with you! 


Kettering admitted students learn about resume writing at Prep for Success and get a chance to interact with employers at three yearly employment fairs.

Prep for Success programs are designed for accepted students to make the most of their Kettering University education. 

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Visit with your co-op manager about our co-op education and experiential learning program.
  • Topics will be covered including: Interviewing Secrets, Resume Writing Tips and Preparing for the Employment Fair.
  • Meet some of your future classmates and hear how companies value Kettering students.
  • Visit with faculty and company representatives.

Financial Aid Consultations
You may schedule a personal consultation at the time you register. Appointments are limited and you must complete your FAFSA at least one week prior to your event date.

Travel Assistance
We recognize the distance some of you travel to attend Prep for Success. We are offering our 2019 accepted students travel grants (one grant per student) to help offset the cost of attending our Prep for Success program.  If you would like to be considered for a travel grant please contact us at (810) 762-7865.
