TECHNOLOGY SURVEY, 2011

In the Fall 2011 term, the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning surveyed the Kettering community on the many technologies that exist across the campus.  Two open forums were held and a total of 75 students, faculty and staff responded to the survey.  Several technologies were discussed for the purpose of determining: (1) which technologies were used,  (2) which technologies did individuals enjoy and (3) which technologies did individuals feel would enhance learning? The complete data set was analyzed by our Statistical Consulting Center at Kettering University (full report available as Appendix A) and contains a more thorough analysis including those listing “no opinion.” In addition to the survey data, comments were solicited and compiled (full report available as Appendix B). The Executive Summary provides an overview and interpretation of these reports.
