Genesee County Road Commission dedicates co-op plaque at Kettering

Representatives from the Genesee County Road Commission visited Kettering University Tuesday, May 14, to show their support of the University and dedicate a plaque to the Kettering co-op partner wall in honor of their efforts in employing co-op students.

Representatives from the Genesee County Road Commission visited Kettering University Tuesday, May 14, to show their support of the University and dedicate a plaque to the Kettering co-op partner wall in honor of their efforts in employing co-op students.

Currently, the commission employs one Kettering student. Pictured from left are: Robert Slattery Jr., transportation planning manager for the commission; Genesee County Road Commissioners Galen Jamison and David Miller; Olga Lavrova, a Kettering co-op student employed by the commission; Brian Martin, Kettering University co-op manager; Kaye Daly,Kettering's assistant director of Admissions; and John Daly III, director of the Genesee County Road Commission. The Road Commission is currently exploring hiring additional Kettering co-op students.
