President James E.A. John presided Aug. 15 when he hosted a reception and dinner to honor the University's newest emeritus professors.

President James E.A. John presided Aug. 15 when he hosted a reception and dinner to honor the University's newest emeritus professors. They are (seated front, left to right) Phil Henderson, Ray Koskinen '62 and Fred Cribbins. All three retired professors received recognition for their commitment to Kettering and for their combined 89 years of service to the institution. Henderson(23 years service) and Koskinen (31 years service) both taught in Mechanical Engineering and Cribbins (35 years service) in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Attendees also included (seated right) Bill Lichty, and (standing) Wilbert Dahlgren, Serge Gratch, President John, Ray Trent, Duane McKeachie, Bill Edington, Ed Preville, Ken Woodfield and John Lorenz, vice president for Academic Affairs and provost.
