Business plan writing
The "Fundamentals of Writing a Business Plan" will be presented at a seminar Jan. 28 in Kettering University's Campus Center.
A “Fundamentals of Writing a Business Plan” seminar will be presented by Region 6 Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC) at Kettering University on Thursday, Jan. 28. The 9 a.m. to noon event is in Kettering’s Campus Center on the corner of University and Chevrolet avenues in Flint.
This seminar covers the specifics of business planning including market research, marketing, finance, legal, operations, and management. Tools and steps for creating a business plan draft will be included.
For startup businesses, a pre-requisite to this course is attending the free “Fundamentals of Starting a Business” workshop that is offered two to three times each month.
The workshop fee is $20 per person and advance registration and payment are required. Registration can be made online at: http://www.misbtdc.net/events.aspx.
