Dr. Brad Habermehl, Optometrist, will be here on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 to speak to health science students about the "See The Change" program. Dr. Habermehl, The Rotary Club and several pre-med students have traveled to Mexico to fit under-served residents with much needed eyeglasses and sunglasses. GEO presents Dr. Laura Sullivan, founder of Kettering's chapter of Engineers Without Borders to talk about overcoming the obstacles to being an effective (and satisfied) global humanitarian.
Dr. Laura Sullivan is a professor of Mechanical Engineering Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington in Materials Science and Engineering, with expertise in biomaterials, polymer processing and service learning.
