Information Technology provides support services to students to help them resolve technical problems, get answers to questions, and to recommend equipment and software.
The Help Desk provides technical support for computing resources 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students may contact the Help Desk in person (it’s located in 2-340 in the Academic Building) or by phone at (810) 237-8324. Students may also send an e-mail to email@example.com at any time. The support staff replies to support requests during normal business hours.
