Academic Advising and PIN Distribution

Mathematics advisement will be 8th week Tuesday, March 4, from 12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m., in the Math Conference Room, 2-100AB.
Applied Physics and Engineering Physics:
The scheduling and conflict resolution meeting will be on 7th week, Thursday, February 27, from 12:00 p.m.-1:20 p.m. in the PAL Studio, Room 2-601AB. Pizza will be provided.
The Department of Business advisement will be 7th week, Monday, March 3, at 12:20 in the Department of Business Lobby, Room 4-318AB. Lunch provided.
Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Applied Biology:
Advisement sessions will be held 7th week, Thursday, February 27, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Friday, February 28, 1:30-4 p.m.; 8th week, Monday, March 3, 9 a.m. to Noon, and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, March 4, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. See Dr. Stacy Seeley, Room 3-103 MC. Please have your course selection form completed before coming to advising session.
Computer and Electrical Engineering:
ECE advising will be 7th week, Monday, February 24, through Friday, February 28, in the ECE office. Advisors will post sign-up sheets on their office doors. Students need to come to the ECE office Room 2-703AB to sign up for an advising time and date.
Computer Science and Bioinformatics:
Advising will be done 7th-11th weeks, Monday, February 24 through Friday, March 28, during normal business hours. Students can be advised by any department faculty member and are encouraged to come as early as they are able. Please contact John Geske with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Advising is 7th Week, Monday-Friday, February 24-28, and 8th Week, Monday-Thursday, March 3-6, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., in the IME Offices, Room 1-700AB. Pins will be available from Rebecca Jess, once she receives the signed course selection form.
Advising for ME Freshmen and Sophomore 1’s will begin in week 7 (beginning February 24) of this term. It will be held in the Academic Success Center (ASC) Office, 3-322 AB. Appointments can be made 9-5, Monday-Friday. Only freshmen are required to attend advising sessions. Sophomores are strongly encouraged, but not required. Appointments can be made by calling 810-762-9775.
Mandatory advisement sessions for students registering for their final academic term at Kettering and all ME students pursuing a dual degree will be held 7th week, Wednesday, February 26, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in Rooms 2-102A and 2-102B-MC.
A make-up advisement session for final term and dual degree students who missed the February 26 session, as well as an optional general advisement session for ME Sophomore II-Senior III students, will be held 7th week Friday, February 28, from 12:25-1:10 p.m. in Rooms 2-102A and 2-102B-MC.
An optional make-up advisement session for ME students, including those requiring mandatory advisement, as well as those registering for back-to-back academic terms, will be held 9th week Friday, March 14, from 12:25-1:10 p.m., in Rooms 2-102A and 2-102B-MC. This is the last advisement session of the term, so please plan accordingly.
Advising for undecided students will begin in week 7 (beginning February 24) of this term. It will be held in the Academic Success Center Office (ASC), 3-322AB. Advising is mandatory. Appointments can be made 9-5, Monday–Friday, by calling 810-762-9775.
