Employee Benefit--Tuition Exchange Changes

You may be interested in this benefit if you are a faculty or staff member and have IRS dependent children in high school or college. Kettering’s membership with Tuition Exchange, Inc. offers eligible children of faculty and staff potential scholarships at other colleges or universities. To date the ability for Kettering to send students to other schools has been very limited. Recently, however, Kettering became eligible to join a small school cooperative, the TE co-op, which will improve our ability to send students to cooperative member schools.

Tom Ayers

Tom Ayers, Vice President for Finance and Administration, joined Kettering in July 2012.  He serves as Treasurer to the Board of Trustees and is head of all activities involving university finance including accounting, cashier’s office, payroll, purchasing and student accounts; Human Resources; and all areas of facility management including business operations, planning and construction management, campus maintenance and central receiving.  Mr Ayers came to Kettering University having most recently served as the Executive Vice President for Operations & Treasurer at Huntingto
