Founders' Day of Giving

Noon, Thursday, Oct. 17 - Noon, Friday, Oct. 18
Online at build.kettering.edu/foundersday

Join us in celebrating the University's 100th year by raising $100,000 in scholarships and other initiatives for Kettering students. Founders' Day of Giving, a 24-hour fundraising initiative, will help support the Keep Me Kettering Scholarship Fund and other important programs.

Can't wait until Thursday to give? Inspire your peers and fellow alumni with a matching gift. Your contribution will be used to double the impact of others’ gifts, making each donation to the Keep Me Kettering Scholarship Fund extra meaningful. Interested? Contact Starr Cornell at scornell@kettering.edu or (810) 762-9759.

Founders' Day of Giving is your last chance to show your section pride in our Centennial A vs. B-Section Competition! B-Section is in the lead, but A-Section can still catch up. Earn your spot on the Great Court wall as well as a special edition pair of Centennial bulldog socks by supporting current Kettering students on Founders' Day of Giving.

Since 1919 Kettering University has engaged experiential, cooperative learning with traditional classroom work to form a unique higher education platform. This instructional model, and the University’s connection to the Flint community and the world, has contributed to the advancement of science, technology and engineering. The implementation of this vision can be seen through rare archival materials from the Kettering University Archives and art work from the Humanities Art Center collection. In this centennial year, the exhibit illustrates the development of this experimental laboratory of ideas as envisioned by the prolific scientist and founder Charles F. Kettering.
