Membership

All Kettering, GMI-EMI and GMI Alumni that live and/or work in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties automatically are members. However, all Alumni, family and friends are invited and encouraged to participate in events.
 

Mission Statement

The Kettering/GMI Alumni Association Southeast Michigan Chapter’s Mission is to provide Southeast Michigan Alumni opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with each other and the University and to have fun doing it.
 

Purpose

The Kettering/GMI Alumni Association Southeast Michigan Chapter’s Purposes are to build the Kettering “brand” awareness and to strive to continuously enhance Kettering’s reputation, in both the business and educational communities, as an unmatched example of educational excellence.

Monthly Meeting

A casual dinner meeting is held the second Wednesday of each month, 6:30 p.m., at The Oxford Inn in Royal Oak.  All alumni and friends are welcome to participate.
 

Bob Wolforth Memorial Scholarships

Given annually  to one freshman, one sophomore, one junior and one senior who lives or co-ops in the SE Michigan counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw, or Monroe.  Scholarship Application
