  Iota Epsilon Philanthropy

          The Alpha Phi Foundation is most noted for their research and work in cardiac care. Heart disease is the number one killer in women. To learn more about women and heart disease check out the following sites. womanheart.org, ahrq.gov/research/womheart.htm, woman.americanheart.org 

            Each year, we hold Cardiac Care Week which raises money for our foundation.        

            In addition, our chapter collects pop cans and donates them to the 

            foundation to help save women with heart disease. 

         CRIM Festival of Races - Every year our girls                   

                       serve as the line officials for the Teddy Bear Trot.                  

This past summer term, Alpha Phi also volunteered  

at the Renaissance Festival helping other organizations

 raise money.

 

 

Big Brothers/ Big Sisters - Every winter term we              

go bowling for Big Brothers / Big Sisters.
