Mr. Bulldog This is a weeklong event that leads up to a Saturday production of Mr. Bulldog. The competition is to see which man at Kettering will be crowned Mr. Bulldog (after the mascot). Prior to the competition, members go to local businesses to get sponsors for the event that will provide prizes or donations. Throughout the week there are buckets for the contestants for a “money war” type of event. The money is combined as part of their score and the guy with the most receives half of his money. At the Saturday competition, there is an introduction, talent show, obstacle course and question and answer portion. Each section is scored by the judges (Kettering professors/faculty) and men are eliminated throughout the competition. The last man standing is crowned Mr. Bulldog. Prizes have included a digital camera, Hooters party, Play station 2, and gift cards. |

Crush Cans Bottles of the beverage “Crush Soda” are sold throughout the week in the Great Court. People purchase the bottle to be sent to a friend or crush and can attach a message. The following week, the cans are delivered to the recipients. They can either figure out who sent it on their own, or pay for the Alpha Gam to tell them. We tried to coordinate this with Sweetest Day last fall. |
|
Snacks and Stories Throughout the week, students buy themselves or others tuck in's from the Alpha Gams. The members then go over to the students home/fraternity to deliver the tuck in. The Alpha Gam brings milk, cookies and a bed time story. They read the story and eat milk and cookies with the student before leaving. |

Candy Cane Sales/Root Beer Float Sales In the Great Court, members sell candy canes or root beer floats to raise money for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. |

Bussing for Bucks Fraternities sign up for a night that the Alpha Gams come over to serve them dinner and clean up. The ladies arrive set the table and prepare plates for dinner. They then enjoy dinner with the fraternity and following dinner clear the table. The fraternity pays them for their services and their members usually give tips as well. |
