The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a progressive movement toward recognition of the value of all members of our academic community. Kettering University is committed to the elimination of barriers and constraints that impede the success of any member of our community. Kettering University is further committed to use our resources and administrative avenues to meet the spirit as well as the letter of this law.
