This program is for Kettering University's eligible undergraduate students seeking co-op employment only.
Cooperative Education Employment Fair - Thursday, October 22, 2009
- 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Employment Fair
Students will be divided into two groups, alpha order by last name [A-K and L-Z] and attend the fair during a designated timeframe.
Designated Timeframes
- Group 1 – L-Z attends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Group 2 – A-K attends from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If for some reason you are unable to meet with all your selected employers, we will collect resumes and give them to the employer at the end of the day.

- Pricing: Fees cover two (2) representatives and one (1) table for the fair. Extra tables for scheduled interviews are free. All additional fees are listed below.
- First two representatives are $150* -
Register by October 15 and all fees are waived*
- Each Additional Representative(s) is $25*
- Each Additional Table is $50*
- No charge for additional chairs if needed
- Table size is 3’ wide x 6’ long and will be covered with a white table cloth.
- Check-in on Campus will be held in the
Great Court in the Campus Center. Kettering staff will assist you in unloading materials and escort you to the appropriate location. If materials were shipped to Kettering, they will be delivered to your table at the fair.
- Electrical outlets on the fair day are limited. Priority will be given to those who indicate the need for electricity in the order the registration is received. Electrical outlets are intended for display use only.

- Eligibility: The Co-op Employment Fair is open to undergraduate Kettering students only. Students must meet the following requirements to attend the fair:
- Must have a co-op status of unemployed or employed seeking
- Must have an active status with the University, and be an undergraduate, full-time Kettering student
- Must have a reviewed resume uploaded on Co-op Navigator
- Incoming students - $300 enrollment deposit must be paid
- Dress Code: Business attire for men is suit and tie, dress pants, shirt and tie, and dress shoes. For woman, pantsuits, suits, dress pants and blouse, appropriate shoes. The following is not acceptable dress: flip flops, shorts, mini skirts, crop shirts, ball caps, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes. Students inappropriately dressed will not be allowed to participate.
- Make the most of the fair – arrive early to ensure you meet the companies that most interest you. Research the companies prior to the fair via the Co-op website.
- If selected for an interview, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled interview.
