"Getting Started" Meetings

As of Summer 2007, the "Getting Started Meeting" is no longer necessary as we are now requiring all JRII students to have a One-on-one Thesis Advisement Session.  Thesis Services also welcomes all non-JRII students who haven't started their thesis to a One-on-one Thesis Advisement Session too. We will help you determine when to submit your Proposed Thesis Assignment, determine your thesis terms, cover the 16 step process, and provide you with a timeline of due dates and how to get started on your thesis. The One-on-one Thesis Advisement Session allows us to help you work out an individualized graduation plan! JRII students will receive further notification about the One-on-one Thesis Advisement Session. Appointments can be scheduled 3rd - 10th week by contacting (810) 762-9947. 

"Completing Your Thesis" Meetings

Thesis Services offers the "Completing Your Thesis" Meeting.  You should attend this meeting the academic term between your Thesis I and Thesis II terms.  The meeting is focused on providing information about the writing and submission of the preliminary and final thesis including the formatting template.  The "Completing Your Thesis" Meetings for this term are indicated above.
