Step Plan & Timeline

A Thesis Step Plan & Timeline is outlined for each student according to their graduation term & section. If you are a B-Section March or September graduate, please contact Thesis Services at (810) 762-9947 to discuss an appropriate plan for you. Students that are not following the normal track and are planning back-to-back terms, are eight term students, going study abroad, etc. should contact Thesis Services to determine the appropriate timeline for their Senior Thesis Project.

Please click on the appropriate graduation term to view & print a step-by-step plan and the associated due dates. This is intended as a tri-fold pocket guide that should be printed as a two-sided document. The inside layout of the brochure focuses on the 16 step thesis process. Numbered accordingly, a description of each step is provided. The descriptions are also available on the website under Student, then Step-by-step Process. The outside layout of the brochure provides due dates for each step of the thesis process.

These pocket manuals are available in all degree departments as well as outside the Thesis Services office in our literature rack.
