- He/she is an individual who possesses a strong technical knowledge of the subject matter.
- He/she becomes involved in the selection and definition of the project.
- He/she understands the commitment for successful completion of your thesis project.
- He/she acts as a mentor and provides guidance and technical assistance as an employer advocate.
The Role of your Kettering Faculty Advisor:
- He/she selects thesis proposals that fit within the areas of his/her expertise and academic workload.
- He/she acts as both a technical and academic mentor to guide you through the process.
- He/she attends meetings with you, both on campus and at your co-op work site.
- He/she reviews and grades your final thesis project.
