Ph.D. and D.Sc. from Sofia University in Computer Science, with expertise in multimedia systems, database systems, multimedia semantics, and medical systems.

Bassem Ramadan

Dr. Bassem Ramadan, professor of Mechanical Engineering
Ph.D. from Michigan State University in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics, combustion, fluid flow analysis and modeling, thermal systems design and modeling, energy conservation and analysis.

Homayun Navaz

Dr. Homayun Navaz, professor of Mechanical Engineering
Ph.D. from Rice University in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in aerospace, propulsion, combustion, computational fluid dynamics, radiation and reacting flows in porous materials.

Tony Lin

Dr. Tony Lin, professor of Industrial Engineering
Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Statistics from Iowa State University, with expertise in quality assurance, reliability and maintainability, statistical methods and design of experiments.

Lin finds Kettering students smart and motivated with more real world experience than students at other universities. Lin originally came to teach at Kettering in order to excite students to pursue knowledge in industrial engineering. He enjoys the ability to connect his teaching with practical industrial applications.

Kenneth Kaiser

Dr. Kenneth L. Kaiser, professor of Electrical Engineering
Ph.D. from Purdue University in Electrical Engineering, with expertise in electromagnetic compatibility, applied electrostatics, and electrical safety.

Beverly Jones

Dr. Beverly Jones, associate professor of Management
Ph.D. from Union Institute in Management

What Jones appreciates most about Kettering students is their time management skills. She went into teaching because she wanted to share her knowledge and professional experience and she's glad she did because of her interaction with what she calls "smart, assertive thinkers" at Kettering.

She encourages all prospective students to come to Kettering for the outstanding learning experience cooperative education has to offer.

Craig Hoff

Dr. Craig J. Hoff, professor of Mechanical Engineering
Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in automotive powertrains (conventional, hybrid electric, fuel cell), in-vehicle data acquisition, design for the environment, and thermal and mechanical design.
