
About the Archives
The Scharchburg Archives is located on the first floor of the Campus Center at Kettering University.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Research assistance is by appointment only.
Richard P. Scharchburg was instrumental in the establishment of the Kettering/GMI Alumni Foundation Collection of Industrial History in 1974. Upon his death in 2000, the collection was renamed in his honor. Scharchburg dedicated his life's work to automotive history.
