Tree PoseThe mission of the Fitness Programs at the Connie & Jim John Recreation Center is to improve health and quality of living for the Kettering Community through a lifetime of fitness by providing safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness opportunities and education in outstanding facilities.

Yoga Class Schedule

The dates for the next staff sessions (12:30 p.m. Tues. & Thurs.) are:

October 27, 29
November 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 (November 26 is Thanksgiving)
December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17

Students are welcome to attend free of charge, space permitting. The cost for faculty and staff is $50 for five weeks.

Mott Park (6:30 p.m. Mondays) is in hiatus for the summer. The class may be reinstated in fall or winter if attendance justifies it. 

Payment is made directly to the instructor, Lois Schneider of the Yoga Loft, at the first class. The Yoga style is Hatha Yoga. All classes are in the Group Exercise Room.
