YogaThe mission of the Fitness Programs at the Connie & Jim John Recreation Center is to improve health and quality of living for the Kettering Community through a lifetime of fitness by providing safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness opportunities and education in outstanding facilities.

Spring Term Yoga

  • Mondays beginning April 14 - 6:45 - 7:30 p.m. -Yoga (free to students)
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning April 15 - 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Beginner's Gentle Yoga, fee $50 for 5 week session, 10 classes
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning April 15 - 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. - Intermediate Yoga, fee $50 for 5 week session, 10 classes

Payment is made directly to the instructor, Lois Schneider, at the first class.
The Yoga style is Hatha Yoga.
All classes are in the Group Exercise Room.
