Fitness Programs
"You cannot do yoga. Yoga is your natural state. Yoga Class ScheduleThe dates for the next staff sessions (12:30 p.m. Tues. & Thurs.) are: October 27, 29 Students are welcome to attend free of charge, space permitting. The cost for faculty and staff is $50 for five weeks. Mott Park (6:30 p.m. Mondays) is in hiatus for the summer. The class may be reinstated in fall or winter if attendance justifies it. Payment is made directly to the instructor, Lois Schneider of the Yoga Loft, at the first class. The Yoga style is Hatha Yoga. All classes are in the Group Exercise Room.
