Circuit Workout

Circuit WorkoutIf you're looking for a quick and effective weight training workout then the circuit workout is for you. The circuit workout is located in the Fitness Room, on the third floor of the Rec Center.

Circuit workout benefits include: increased strength and muscular endurance, simultaneously works cardiovascular and muscular systems, and provides a full body workout in as little as 30-minutes.

It is perfect for beginners or those who are short on time.

Information on how to complete the circuit workout is available on a poster in the fitness room along with other fitness and nutrition related handouts.

Equipment orientations are available FREE for individuals who need some basic instruction on using the weight equipment in the Fitness Room. Equipment orientations can be scheduled at the Rec Center reception desk.
