The Inauguration of Kettering University's Seventh President
Alumni, corporate partners, parents of students, friends of the University and the Kettering Community were on campus on Friday, April 20, 2012 for one of the most important days in the history of the institution. Called "Celebrate Kettering," the special ceremonies culminated with the inauguration of President Robert K. McMahan as Kettering's seventh president at a formal ceremony.
"April 20 was a day of significance for our University," Provost Robert Simpson said. "The celebration focused on the accomplishments of our students, faculty, alumni, and our community. 'Celebrate Kettering' attracted 600 participants to a series of festive events on campus in honor of the inauguration of President Robert K. McMahan."
