Room Reservations

Students

Recognized student organizations may schedule rooms for meetings and special events to take place during the current section only by completing a Room Reservation Form. Forms will not be accepted until the first day of the section. Rooms cannot be scheduled for individual student use or for study hall. Organization meetings do not require supervision. Dances, parties and other group activities require special arrangements for supervision. If an event needs supervision, the advisor's signature will be required on the form. Contact Student Activities 810.762.9871 for scheduling supervision.

Follow these steps to reserve a room

  1. Complete the Room Reservation Form.
  2. Students must obtain an approval signature from the faculty advisor and from Student Affairs.
  3. Submit the Reservation Form to Room Scheduling, 5-700 CC. (Note: Submit Room Reservations by 10:00 a.m. the Thursday proceeding the week of the event to be scheduled.)
  4. A copy of the Reservation Form marked confirmation will be emailed to you or given to you at the time the reservation has been submitted (if time permits).

Faculty & Staff

Complete the Room Reservation Form with all pertinent information.  A confirmation will be returned to you.

As a condition of renting rooms to outside organizations, we require a Certificate of Insurance listing Kettering University as the additional insured. We also require they have, at minimum, the following coverage: General Liability - $2,000,000
