Catering

Catering services are available from Kettering's campus food service vendor Marriott SODEXHO. Departments are not required to use Marriott SODEXHO for catered events, but must give them the first opportunity to provide a quote for the event.

All outside catering companies must provide Kettering University with an insurance certificate for both General Liability and Excess Liability for not less than $1,000,000/$3,000,000 before they will be allowed on campus for an event.

All catering companies must be issued a Purchase Order to assure that the vendor will receive prompt payment and that they have the proper insurance coverage.

All catering companies are required to have their personnel present during any function and required to clean up after the event is over.

At no time will an outside catering company be allowed to use Kettering kitchens for preparing or holding prepared food for an event.
