The "Ultimate on Road experience"
*The rear "Back-Up" camera
automatically comes on display of the main screen upon startup. It
is also locked into the only view optional when in reverse. This
is to promote optimum safety when backing such a large truck. The
camera itself is located in the rear bumper just next to the license plate.
This allows for optimmum positioning for checking imediately behind the
vehicle as well as guiding the vehicle when backing up to a trailer as
well.
The circuit shown is actually
the main power supply and video switcher of the system. Included
in the circuit are dual two bit binary video switchers and a single four
bit binary video switch all with video amplifiers. As for power,
it delivers a regulated 12V, 5V, -5V, and -8V to all three full color LCD
screens. More technical electronics information can be found in our
"Electronics
Information".

Here, on the far left, you can
see the raw screen and machined case that was placed in the dash board.
Center, we have pictured one of two LCD screens that have been recessed
into the factory headrests. On the right, one of the displays is
"showing it's stuff" as we test out our multimedia set up. Not too shabby
if you ask me!
