How to Get Here
From the Kettering University Campus Center, make a left onto Chevrolet, At the light, make a right onto Third Ave. Go three blocks. Delta Chi is on the right-hand side. Look for the sign in the front yard and letters on the building. Turn onto Mc Ares, and find a parking spot.
The chapter house is an old three-story apartment building, which we rent the entire place. It contains 10 apartments with 2 bedrooms, and 2 single bedroom apartments. One of the double bedroom apartments was modified to become the common room and a small office. Laundry facilities are downstairs. Double bedroom apartments are generally rented out to 2 members, but sometimes more depending on the need. Each apartment has a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room in addition to the large and small bedrooms. This provides for very comfortable living arrangements, while also having many areas to hang out. Single bedroom apartments still have a full bath, full kitchen, living room, except just one bedroom. A lot of yard work has been done on the outside including landscaping, sealing the parking lot, addition of a walkway and landscape lighting.
