Course Material
The Kettering University Graduate Office is using our own campus bookstore owned and operated by Follett Higher Education Group which is located right on the Kettering campus. Textbooks are free and will be sent to you at our cost via FedEx.
You will no longer need to contact anyone to order your textbooks. Once you verify your address in Banner Web during the registration process, you will be added to the textbook list. The Kettering Bookstore typically begins shipping textbooks to students 1 week prior to the start of the term for those who register early in the registration period. Students who register late in the registration period (1-2 weeks before the start of the term) will typically receive their textbooks approximately 10 days after they complete registration.
We strongly encourage you to register for classes early in the registration period to receive your textbooks in the earliest timeframe, as books are processed in order of the registration date. Please note that some textbooks may be delayed due to publisher backorder or delays from our textbook suppliers.
If you withdraw from a course and are expecting a 100% or 90% refund, all course materials must be returned before your withdrawal will be processed. You can download the course change form from the Registrar Office Forms page and return your materials to:
