How-to Log On to XP Lab Computers

At the prompt, press the Ctrl, Alt and Del keys simultaneously.
For Username, enter your Windows Student User ID. This user ID is the first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your student ID number (a 9-digit number beginning with "700". Note, the 10th digit is not used here).
Your 9-digit student ID number is located on your Student ID Card. It was also sent as part of your "Admissions Acceptance Letter" before you arrived at Kettering University.
For Password, enter your Windows Student User Password. This Password is listed on your Freshman Orientation Password Sheet.
You will be required to change your password on your first log on.
Press any key when prompted.

Note: Off campus graduate students don't automatically get Windows login accounts. Please contact the Help Desk at 810-237-8324 regarding setting up these accounts.
