Analog Telephone Features

Transferring A Call:

    While connected to a call:

1. Depress hook switch, hear stutter dial tone
2. Dial extension you are transferring to
3. Either stay on the line to announce the transfer, or simply hang up

Conference Calls:

1. With one party already on the line
2. Depress hook switch, hear stutter dial tone
3. Dial another number and announce conference
4. Depress hook switch again to connect parties
5. Repeat steps to add additional parties up to 6 total

Group Pickup:

1. Lift handset
2. Dial *3

Call Forward:

1. Lift handset
2. Dial #9 hear stutter dial tone
3. Dial number where calls are to be forwarded

 To Cancel Call Forward:

1. Lift handset
2. Dial #9

Placing A Call On Hold:

1. Announce to the caller that you are placing them on hold
2. Depress hook switch, hear a stutter in the dial tone
3. Dial *9 place receiver back on the hook switch
4. Pick up the receiver to return to the caller

Redial:

1. Lift handset
2. Dial #7 
    (call will be automatically redialed)
