The University will help you prepare for your financial future by contributing to a retirement account on your behalf and giving you opportunities to save for your retirement. Most of the University’s retirement benefits are administered by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association and College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF). This organization provides several investment options to select when participating in the Kettering University Retirement Plan.
You may be eligible to participate in the Kettering University Retirement Plan (403b) which combines University contributions with pre-tax employee contributions. You may also be eligible to participate in the supplemental part of the plan that allows you to save additional pre-tax income.
