Calendar Year-End Payroll / Tax Information

Direct Deposit and Paychecks

Kettering University will be closed December 22, 2011 – January 2, 2012. Checks that have not been picked up from the Student Accounts office by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 will be sent to the Kettering mailroom for mailing to home addresses. Make sure we have your current address.

Please note that the full-time faculty and staff pay period ending January 1, 2012 will be paid on December 30, 2011. As in the past, this will consist of just your base pay; any lost time or overtime will be reflected in your January 13, 2012 check. We will transfer the funds for employees participating in direct deposit into the employee’s account on December 30, 2011 and mail checks so those not participating in direct deposit receive them via US mail on or about December 30, 2011.

Tax Statements

Please note that Tax Statements are mailed by January 31, including W-2s to those who'd not elected to receive them electronically (for additional information on that option see Policies/Resources - Electronic W2). If you have not received your document by February 7th, you may contact the office below to inquire about your individual statement:
