Tracie Jones named Director of Admissions

Kettering University recently named Tracie Jones as Director of Admissions.

Jones has worked at Kettering for nearly 11 years, starting as an assistant and associate director of admissions. Prior to working for Kettering, she was an admissions counselor at Adrian College.

“Tracie is a tremendous leader whose organizational and project management skills will be an incredible asset to Kettering in this role,” said Kip Darcy, vice president for marketing, communication and enrollment. “She has a deep understanding of the makeup of students with the potential to excel at Kettering and, under her leadership, I look forward to Kettering’s enrollment expanding and offering opportunities to a skilled and diverse student population.”

Jones is a Kettering University alumna, completing her master’s in Business Administration in 2014. She has a bachelor of arts degree Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. She is a past president of the Michigan Association of College Admissions Counselors (MACAC).

Jones’ family also is very connected to the University -- her brother, brother-in-law and sister-in-law are all Kettering alumni.
