Three join Board of Trustees
Kettering's newest Trustees represent the energy, finance and auto industries.
Three new members have joined the Kettering University Board of Trustees and attended their first session March 12-13 in San Antonio. Kettering officials and board members met with economic development officials of Bexar County, Texas, and the Brooks Development Authority of San Antonio to explore workforce development options. On March 16, Kettering signed an academic agreement with San Antonio College.
Attending their first board meeting were:
Greg Deveson ’84, President-Americas for Magna Powertrain USA, with offices inTroy, Mich.;
J. Don Rice Jr. ’81, president and CEO of Rice Financial Products Co. in New York;
Vincent G. Dow, vice president of distribution operations for DTE Energy, with offices in Detroit.
The new members’ appointments are for three years each. There are currently 37 members of the Kettering Board of Trustees.
