Scholars arrive March 8-9
Kettering will once again host Scholarship Weekend 2002 on campus March 8 and 9.
Kettering will once again host Scholarship Weekend 2002 on campus March 8 and 9. This event offers eligible students a chance to win Kettering University scholarships and/or grants of up to $70,000 in value.

Registration for the February weekend begins Friday, March 8, at noon. Activities planned for the weekend include the following:
- a Friday open house and campus tours to learn more about Kettering University;
- a student party on campus Friday from 6:15-9 p.m., featuring great food, music and comedy, opportunities to meet current students and learn about various clubs and organizations;
- a parent party Friday night at Flint's Sloan Museum from 6:30-8:45 p.m., where parents can stroll through the museum and enjoy award-winning cuisine from Fandangles;
- a chance for parents and students to spend part of Saturday morning with current students, faculty, alumni and corporate partners learning about Kettering University; and
- sessions on interviewing skills and financial assistance.

Kettering faculty and staff will conduct scholarship interviews Saturday morning. In addition, Kettering is pleased to provide dinner on Friday and a continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday for all participants.
