Alumni and friends gathered together Sept. 13 to remember Connie John and her favorite philanthropy - the students. The sun was bright and so, too, the prospects for the Connie John Memorial Scholarship.
This year's total contribution hasn't been finalized yet, but by all accounts the Fourth Annual President's Cup Golf Invitational on Sept. 13 was as successful as its summer day was glorious. Bright sun and warm winds breezed through the annual golf outing at the Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc, Mich. More than 50 golfers turned out for the special day.
The winning team was Harry Lomason, Harry Lomason III, Nikki Ruddy and Chris Brock.
