Kettering University announces two new hires
Patricia Malone is the new Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy & Communications and Teressa Hupfer is the new Senior Director of Enrollment Operations.
Kettering University has hired two new executive level staff members. Patricia Malone is the new Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy & Communications and Teressa Hupfer is the new Senior Director of Enrollment Operations.
Both positions will report to Kip Darcy, Kettering University vice president of Marketing, Communications and Enrollment.
Malone previously served as the Director, Marketing and Business Development for Executive Education at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2011. Most recently, she was Principal of MaloneWorks Marketing Solutions, and immediately prior, Managing Director, Marketing for Charles Schwab in San Francisco.
From 2006 to 2008, Malone worked in the Flint community as Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Citizens Republic Bancorp. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications and Masters of Business Administration from Oakland University.

Hupfer joins Kettering after serving as the director of credit delivery operations at FirstMerit Bank (formerly Citizens Republic Bancorp) in Flint, Mich. Previously, Hupfer also served as the senior academic advisor and student life administrator at Davenport University.
Hupfer obtained a degree in business management from Davenport University in Midland, Mich. before completing her masters in leadership at Central Michigan University.
Both Malone and Hupfer will officially begin their professional journey at Kettering University on Sept. 23.
