Kettering University has a truly astounding roster of alumni who have accomplished remarkable things in industry and through their philanthropic efforts.”

The Kettering University Alumni Association will present awards to nine alumni and one longtime faculty member at the 2013 annual Alumni Awards Dinner & Ceremony starting at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 16th at The Fairlane Club in Dearborn, Michigan.

The awards celebrate contributions of Kettering University alumni in a variety of different capacities, including success in business, community service, life, volunteerism and more.

“Kettering University has a truly astounding roster of alumni who have accomplished remarkable things in industry and through their philanthropic efforts,” said Bob Nichols, Kettering University director of alumni engagement. “These awards are the University’s way of showing our gratitude and pride for the exemplary way these individuals represent themselves and the institution as global leaders on a daily basis.”

The Distinguished Honorary Alumni Awards are given to individuals who have not graduated from Kettering, but who have given outstanding service to the university and its students.
