| Required Qualifications: |
- Related degree, training in an information technology field or related work experience
- Demonstrated expertise using SQL, HTML and Java
- Familiarity with creation and maintenance of database-driven web pages
- Demonstrated ability to work on most phases of application systems analysis and programming activities
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or a related field with at least two years related experience
- 2 years experience as a developer of database driven web sites
- Familiarity with Oracle database, Application Express, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, PL/SQL or CSS
- Familiarity with Sungard Banner
