The University Web Calendar is a tool used to communicate academic, student-sponsored, university, holiday, faculty and staff events.

Helpful Hints for Calendar Submissions

The following at the steps needed to post an event:

1. Go to http://my.kettering.edu/ or http://www.kettering.edu/currentstudents/

2. Click on "Add Event"



3. Log into the University Web Calendar Administration Panel with your LDAP login information (same as your Blackboard and e-mail username and password). After you are finished typing in your login information click on "Login." If you can not remember your LDAP username and password please contact the Helpdesk.


4. Click on "Create Event" on the following page in the "Kettering University Events" area



5. Type in the Event Information

Helpful Tips:
- Please be sure to specify the "Event Title" and "Event Start Date & Time", this is required to submit the event information
- By clicking on this image, you'll open a calendar where you can select the date and time
- Include as much of the event information as possible (i.e. Location, Description)




6. Once the "Created" button is clicked on; the event is submitted to an editor. The event will be in a pending status and will not show up on the web site until an editor approves the event. All events should be processed by an editor within 3 business days. If they are not please contact marketing@kettering.edu.
